Strategic creative

With over 15 years of experience in advertising agencies and Marketing Communications departments, I have developed a strong expertise in Marketing Communications as well as a creative temperament that enable my teams to deliver impactful and innovative solutions for our clients and partners.

My mission is to lead Marketing Communications teams with an entrepreneur mindset to enhance the brand awareness, as well as to generate leads and opportunities for business growth.

Scope of action

  • Thanks to deep analysis of the market, the brand, the personas and the performance of each marketing channel, I can define relevant KPIs and associated multi-actions plans to reach our goals.

  • In order to enhance the power of brand, I deeply work on the brand platform, the tone of voice, the artistic direction of the identity and the design of the different tools. A strong brand takes root in a semantic and graphic balance that both triggers the attention of the targets and reveals the personality of the company, product or service provided.

  • From design of websites (UX, UI, technical SEO) to marketing automation, SEA and Social media, I can drive digital strategies that push lead generation, lead nurturing and brand reputation.

  • I master lead generation and lead nurturing, whether it involves using levers such as digital marketing, direct marketing, events such as webinars, the press, etc.

  • Content Management is key in Marketing Strategy. With a predefined tone of voice, an adapted seo strategy and a clear conversion funnel, we distribute messages across different channels in order to multiply the points of contact with our targets: blogs, newsletters, mailings, social medias, sales literature, press, etc.

  • Each type of event has its own objectives, whether webinars, trade shows or private events. Whether these are digital or physical events , I give a thorough attention to this part, essentially because these priviledge moments strongly contribute to the relation we build with clients, partners or customers.

  • Press is always the black sheep of the marketing, essentially because it is hard to evaluate its ROI. I highly recommend to define first the objectives (brand awareness ? acquisition? loyalty?), then media territory. I always select press experts of the sector, essentially because of their strong knowledge of their ecosystem and its codes. This collaboration leads to qualitative press coverage, that support brand awareness, acquisition or loyalty.

We are not born Manager.

Of course, we can gain experience, develop soft skills like leadership and empathy, which is a good base. Nevertheless, I strongly believe in methodology and process, as tools for management.

As a manager, my aim is to lead my team to success, both individually and collectively, to foster the players' skills and to work with a team spirit.

Definitely both. As a Marketer, you need both. On the one hand, you must drive logical and data oriented action, which requires strong skills in analytics. On the other hand, you must find creative solutions in order to reach your goals and push up the brands your promote.

WHAT IS YOU IDEAL JOB TODAY?

I would like to manage a Marketing and Communications team, in an middle sized or corporate company. I have no particular sector of choice, as I enjoy learning about new ecosystems. Today more than ever, I am driven by projects and missions to improve people's well being and ESG.

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS NOT VERY LINEAR… HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT?

I am always very curious and enthusiatic for new adventures. All the experiences I've had have taught me something new. Although I'm always eager to learn and progress, I'd now like to find a position that I can perform for the long term.

WHY DON’T YOU LAUNCH A CONSULTING ACTIVITY ?

I clearly could launch a consulting activity to support businesses to elevate their Marketing and Communications. Nevertheless, I am deeply motivated to be part of a team. Working and reaching successes together generates to me strong achievement feeling.

WHAT ARE YOUR INSPIRATIONAL EXAMPLES?

A lot of people. Indeed I guess that everybody is inspiring.
If I must choose : Montesquieu, for the rational and full of humor analysis he has of societies and the big picture he proposes ; Marc Aurelius for his wise and his bigger big picture. Nevertheless, my biggest example is Nadal : I admire his ultra strong capacity for high concentration, his humilty, his perseverance. Each ball counts.

HAVE YOU GOT HOBBIES?

My favourite activity is definitely hiking. I love walking in nature, with friends or on my own. Sometimes it can be tough to get from the starting point to the finishing point but we are always rewarded. Always.

WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE?

My main purpose to provide a good education to my daughter, who is 11. It’s a huge responsability for parents to raise children, because during childhood and teenage years, we can give them the tools they need for... 60 years? I would like her to navigate in the world with confidence, joy and elegance.
